CHAIR
STEPHEN HARRISON

Stephen brings to the Board extensive experience in the ASX listed environment being currently Chairman of both ASX-listed NobleOakLife Limited (ASX: NOL) and Incentiapay Limited (ASX: INP). He also has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, including having been a director of Blue Energy Limited and Exoma Energy limited, both of which hold or held assets in Queensland.

Non-Executive Director
QUENTIN FLANNERY

Quentin is a Non-Executive Director/Board Member of a number of early-stage start-ups and listed entities, including AuMake International (ASX:AU8), Sunset Power, and Delta Coal. As well as this, Quentin is the Chairman of medical device start-up Field Orthopaedics, a Director of the Flannery Foundation, and a proud corporate ambassador for Act for Kids.

Non-Executive Director
ANDREW HACKWOOD

Andrew is the Country Manager – Australia for the Tri-Star Group and has deep commercial expertise in all aspects of the east coast gas market and both domestic and international experience in principal investing in infrastructure and utilities. Andrew has held senior positions at Santos, including General Manager of Commercial for the $18.5 billion Santos GLNG project, and is a director of a non-listed minerals exploration company. Earlier in his career, Andrew was an investment banker with Macquarie Bank and a lawyer with Allens.

MICHAEL SANDY

Michael is a Non-Executive Director and brings with him extensive oil and gas experience across various companies, both listed and unlisted, across various jurisdictions. Michael is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director of Melbana Energy (ASX: MAY). Prior to Melbana Energy, Michael was involved in listing Novus Petroleum Ltd, he served as a Non-Executive Director of Tap Oil Limited (ASX: TAP), Hot Rock Ltd (ASX: HRL), Caspian Oil and Gas (ASX: CIG), and Pan Pacific Petroleum (ASX:PPP). He is also the ex-chairman of Burleson Energy Limited (ASX: BUR) and Non-Executive Chairman of MEC Resources (ASX: MEC).

PETER STICKLAND

Peter Stickland has over 30 years’ global experience in oil and gas exploration.  Mr Stickland was Managing Director of Melbana Energy (ASX: MAY) from 2014 to 2018 leading the company into its Block 9 Cuba project.  Previously, Mr Stickland was Managing Director of Tap Oil Limited (ASX: TAP) from 2008 to 2010 during which time he oversaw the evolution of the company into a southeast Asia/Australia focussed E&P company.  Prior to joining Tap Oil, Mr Stickland had a successful career with BHP Petroleum (now part of Woodside) including a range of technical and management roles. Mr StickLand is also a Non-Executive Director of Melbana Energy (ASX: MAY) and a life member of the Australian Energy Producers Limited (AEP).

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
TREVOR BROWN

Trevor is a geologist and executive with over 35 years’ experience with oil and gas exploration, development, and production in Australia, SE Asia and USA. Trevor spent 15 years with Santos where he led the Exploration and New Ventures Business, then as Vice President Queensland, where he led the Upstream (Exploration and Production) division of the $25bn GLNG Project through development, construction and start-up. Trevor serves as a Director on several private resource companies and advises Boards and Executive teams in the Resource, Energy and Power sectors.

Chief Commercial Officer
MILTON COOPER

Milton brings over 30 years’ experience to his role as Chief Commercial Officer, having held senior commercial roles within listed oil and gas companies both domestically and abroad. Milton was at Santos for 20 years where he was Vice President Commercial in Indonesia for five years, as well as Country Manager in Vietnam, along with other senior commercial and business development roles in Australia. Milton spent eight years in the United Kingdom in senior commercial roles with Premier Oil, Hess Corporation and Burlington Resources, and is a fellow of CPA Australia.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
TRENT LOCKHART

Trent is an experienced finance executive with 20 years’ experience in the resources industry, with significant experience in driving growth in startup organisations. Trent is a Chartered Accountant, and was previously CFO role at the Liberty Mutual owned Baralaba Coal and held senior finance roles at Jellinbah Group.

DAVID FRANKS

David is a Principal in the Company Secretarial and Finance Divisions of the Automic Group. David is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, Justice of the Peace, and Registered Tax Agent. With over 30 years in governance, company secretarial and finance, David has been CFO, Company Secretary and/or Director for numerous ASX listed and unlisted public and private companies.
